Renovations

A few pics of the renovation progress:

The skylight in the treatment room - we're looking into roller shade options for sunny days and darker rooms!

A peek into the treatment room - not painted, floored or doored yet, but the walls are up!  The sink will go right next to the shovel where the pipes are exposed.

Peering down the hall to the back entrance.  Not visible here, the bathroom is just around the corner of the treatment room.

And the reception area.  This is actually quite huge and I guarantee it will be serene and inviting with paint, floor furniture, artwork and lighting adjustments.

The clay paint has been ordered and the cork floor is on its way.  Depending on the timing of the arrivals, the last bits of wall taping, the electrical covering, the final building inspection, and last of all, my fabulous contractor Tim Conlan to execute his master carpentry skills on the trim, the space should be ready in the next few weeks.  The move in date is still planned for March 1, and even if though it should happen by then, there will likely be a few finishing touches extending into March.

Already, this space feels sweet and peaceful, perfect for massage.
Can't wait to start working in there!
